(7th  &  Forster  Streets)   Facility  is  open   for  general   public  parking  6:00  AM  to

7:00 PM, Monday thru Friday with a cashier on duty 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM.  Facility is closed all State holidays.  Parking is available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week including holidays for monthly parkers only.  1182 spaces (including 15 handicap) in the parking garage and 152 spaces in the adjacent parking lot.  Clearance height 7'.
