(5th & Market Streets) Facility is open for general public parking 5:00 AM to 7 PM, Monday thru Friday, with a cashier on duty from 7:15 AM to 7 PM; Closed major holidays. Parking available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week including holidays for monthly parkers only. 856 spaces (including 17 handicap). Clearance height 6' 7" with 26 spaces available for vans taller than 7', two (2) of which are "van accessible" handicap spaces on ground floor; all other levels restricted to 6' 7".
