(4th & Chestnut Streets) Facility is open for general public parking 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday thru Friday and 7:15 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday and holidays with a cashier on duty from 7:15 AM to 11:00 PM.  Parking available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week including holidays for monthly parkers only.  1088 spaces (including 21 handicap).  Clearance height 6'10".
